USA- Upper Shimla Area by far considered as the most developed area of Himachal Pradesh.90% of the upper shimla area which includes places like Kotkhai, jubal, rohru & chopal are known for there Apple cultivation. On the other side most important road link which connect India to tibet also falls in between.The upper shimla will get better road conditions & storage station to avoid lose of millions of crop every years.
